Nick Noble grew up in West Virginia and played his college soccer at the state university where he starred for four season in Morgantown for the West Virginia University Mountaineers.
Chosen as the seventh pick in the 2007 MLS Supplemental Draft by the Chicago Fire, Noble spend three years in the Windy City but never saw action in a league game, having only featured in US Open Cup play.
Five matches in 2009 with the Austin Aztex of the USL preceeded his move abroad where he signed a contract with Swedish Superettan club Ljungskile in December 2009. The club has proved to be a haven for other American players in past season including fellow goalkeeper Colin Burns.
