Clint Dempsey and Tim Howard will try to guide their teams past midweek Europa League disappointment while Frank Simek hopes to retain his starting spot for Wednesday.
Aston Villa - Bolton
Brad Friedel will be on instant turnaround from their midweek defeat against West Ham as Aston Villa try to keep their grip on the upper reaches of the Premier League standings.
Brad Guzan will be on the bench for the Villans, but Habib Beye will be forced to watch from the stands as the defender picked up two yellow cards in the last match. Beye will join Carlos Cuellar who is in the middle of his own three game suspension.
James Milner is out injured while Stiliyan Petrov is an injury concern with a knee injury. Curtis Davies is out with a dislocated shoulder while Stewart Downing is a month away from his return from an ankle injury.
Bolton have had the entire week to reflect on their 4-0 break down against Chelsea, and will be without Jlloyd Samuel for the game, as the Trinidad and Tobago defender was shown a red card which resulted in Chelsea's first goal.
They will also be without Sean Davis due to an ACL knee injury, while Joey O'Brien is out with a similar injury.
Hull - Stoke
Jozy Altidore will look to have a larger role in Hull's quest for Premier League survival as ninth-place Stoke travel to the KC Stadium.
Phil Brown turned to the American striker before the hour mark in Hull's last outing, a 2-0 loss to Burnley. Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink was the man taken off, and Geovanni picked up a quick succession of yellow cards to receive his marching orders.
Hull have no injury concerns, with Boaz Myhill, Jimmy Bullard, and Ian Ashbee all sitting out. Bullard just made his Hull City debut, but has picked up a calf injury ruling him out for another match.
Salif Diao has been sidelined through a calf strain, but the midfielder has a race against the clock to get fit for the trip. Mamady Sidibe is out with a hamstring injury, while Abdoulaye Faye is out with a back injury.
West Ham - Everton
Jonathan Spector will look to continue gaining minutes when Tim Howard and Everton come to Upton Park.
Dean Ashton and Luis Boa Morte are the long term absentees for the Hammers, out through an ankle and knee injury, respectively. Kieron Dyer is also one of three players out with a hamstring injury, with Herita Ilunga and Carlton Cole also on the sidelines.
Tony Hibbert temporarily joined the Toffees casualty list, but should recover from a virus in time for kickoff. Steven Pienaar is in the final stage of his knee rehabilitation, but is surely short of match fitness.
Victor Anichebe, Mikel Arteta, Phil Jagielka, Phil Neville, and James Vaughan are all out through knee injuries while Leon Osman is out through an ankle problem.
Wigan - Fulham
Clint Dempsey will look to bounce back from a heart breaking defeat in Rome over the midweek in Europa League.
Both Paul Konchesky and Erik Nevland were sent off in Fulham's 2-1 defeat against Roma, but will be ready to take on Wigan on Monday. Diomansy Kamara will miss out with an ankle injury as six players fight for fitness.
Simon Davies and Dickson Etuhu may be fit in time, but Damien Duff will have to prove he's recovered from a calf injury. Danny Murphy is out with a knee injury, while Andy Johnson has a groin strain. Toni Kallio is on the verge of recovery from an Achilles injury.
Aruna Dindane was the death of Wigan in their 4-0 defeat in Portsmouth, as the Pompey striker had a hat trick. Wigan should have a full squad, with the exception of Maynor Figueroa who is out with an MCL knee ligament injury.
Sheffield Wednesday - Queens Park Rangers
Frank Simek will look to hold his starting position for Sheffield Wednesday as they face sixth-placed Queens Park Rangers.
Michael Gray has a troubling hamstring injury, while Akpo Sodje has an ankle injury. Richard Wood is also a doubt do to his position within the club.
The visitors should have Ben Watson back in their line up, but may be without Gain Mahon due to a hip injury.
Notes

Jay DeMerit will miss league play with Watford who are at home to Preston.
Injured Zak Whitbread will not feature for Millwall when AFC Wimbledon come to The New Den in the FA Cup.
Ian Joyce will be on the bench when Southend travel to Gillingham in the FA Cup.
Jon-Paul Pittmann will look to make an impact off of the bench when Wycome takes on Brighton in the FA Cup.

Jemal Johnson has a calf injury and will not take part in Milton Keynes Dons FA Cup clash against Macclesfield.
Seb Harris will hope to make the bench when Northampton welcome Fleetwood in the FA Cup first round.
Eric Lichaj will miss out in Lincoln City's FA Cup first round game against Telford after picking up a red card in his debut for the club. |
