PREVIEW: FC OSS - HELMOND SPORT
Rich Fidler - Friday, November 6, 2009
Helmond Sport heads on the road Friday evening for a match-up against Charles Kazlauskas' former club FC Oss.

The American, who played at Oss for several years, will once again be placed in the starting eleven by head coach Jürgen Streppel at a venue with which the Milwaukee native is familiar.

Treppel could be without midfielder Daniel Guijo-Velasco, who is still working his way back from fitness following an ankle injury. Sjaak Lettinga and Sjoerd Winkens will definitely be unavailable for selection for the visitors.

Kazlauskas' former head coach Hans de Koning still leads Oss, who changed their name in the off-season from TOP Oss to FC Oss. The club is coming off a 3-1 defeat at the hands of FC Emmen.

The midfielder will see many familiar faces when he takes the field including captain Dirk Schoofs, Moroccan strikers Karim Fachtali and Aziz Moutawakil and goalkeeper Wilko de Vogt.

Midfielder Erik Wegh will miss the match as he finishes out a one game suspension. Strikers Erik Quekel and Thijs Geurts are both recovering from long-term knee injuries and are out months, while back-up goalkeeper Richard Arends is also missing due to injury.
