RECAP: ÖREBRO 1 - 1 TRELLEBORGS FF
Arch Bell - Sunday, November 1, 2009
A late Trelleborgs goal spoiled the party for Alejandro Bedoya and Örebro who capped off their season with a draw at home on Sunday.

Bedoya started at right midfielder and went the first 87 minutes for head coach Sixten Bostrom before yielding to Fredrik Nordback.

Even though Örebro's Magnus Wikstrom and Roni Porokara had point blank shots to score earlier, the home fans at Behrn Arena had to wait until the 66th minute before seeing the first goal of the match.

Markus Astvald gathered in a cross and sent a shot towards goal which was blocked by Trelleborgs goalkeeper Viktor Noring. Astvald was alert and pounced on the rebound sending a shot past Noring to put Örebro ahead.

The visitors equalized just six minutes from time when Peter Abelsson headed in Joakim Sjohage's cross. It was one of the few opportunities produced by Trelleborgs but it was enough to salvage a point.

Bedoya and company finish the 2009 Allsvenskan in a respectable sixth place with 45 points.
