PREVIEW: LJUNGSKILE SK – ASSYRISKA FF
Jon Van Wagenen - Thursday, October 8, 2009
Ljungskile's American defensive tandem of Etchu Tabe and Ryan Miller return home on Sunday to face a motivated Assyriska club at Starke Arvid Arena in Ljungskile.

Etchu Tabe should remain in the lineup for the home side. American Ryan Miller is questionable with a foot injury, Robert Johansson is suspended.

Goalkeeper Colin Burns is unlikely to suit up for the hosts.

The Södertälje side have responded well to the reinstallation of Conny Karlson as head coach, winning against rivals Syrianska and recently crushing Väsby 4-0. With three matches to play Assyriska, trail GIF Sundsvall by one point for a promotion playoff spot.

Karlson, who played for Toronto in the NASL, last coached for Assyriska in 2003.

The visitors may be without Stefan Batan, but will have three players returning from suspension.

Ljungskile are ninth in the table, five points above a relegation playoff.
