PREVIEW: WEEKEND SWEDISH ACTION
Bri-Mathias Hodge - Thursday, September 17, 2009
Alejandro Bedoya and Örebro travel to take on high flying Kalmar while the Ljungskile's American troops will have to wait until Monday night.

Kalmar FF - Örebro

Alejandro Bedoya and Örebro hit the road again to face off with third place Kalmar on Sunday afternoon at Fredriksskans.

Bedoya should start in the left midfield spot in Finnish coach Sixten Boström's 4-3-3 as the visitors look to gain ground on their hosts.

Örebro are now sixth in the Allsvenskan standings while Kalmar are in third, three points back of leaders AIK.

Jönköpings Södra IF - Ljungskile SK

The Ljungskile American contingent travel to Jönköping on Monday night trying to pick up some crucial points in their Superettan relegation battle against the fellow strugglers.

Ryan Miller and Etchu Tabe are expected to start in defense for the guests while Colin Burns will serve as the backup 'keeper.

Miller and Sam Brill each went the full 90 in defense as Ljungskile won the final of a local cup competition midweek. Brill is not expected to make the bench Sunday.

Ljungskile are currently in 11th place while Jönköping are two points and two places ahead in the Superettan table.
