US Under-23 Men's National Team coach Bob Bradley has named a 20-player roster for the team's first game since August of 2004.
The team will gather for training in California until February 16th, when they depart for Japan. The U-23's will face Japan's Under-22 National Team on February 21st and a club team two days later.
The lone European based player brought into camp by Bradley is goalkeeper Tally Hall, who recently signed with Danish club Esjberg FB.
Of the players training at the Home Depot Center this week, 17 ply their trade in MLS. The MLS contingent is led by Chivas USA midfielder Sacha Kljestan, who is the only player in camp to train with the senior National Team this winter.
The Colorado Rapids are the most represented club in camp, with midfielder Nico Colaluca, defender Hunter Freeman and forward Jacob Peterson.
Wake Forest University defender Julian Valentin and University of San Francisco defender Rob Valentino are the only amateurs in attendance.
