RECAP: WEEKEND DANISH ACTION
Sunday, March 19, 2006
Heath Pearce and Nordsjælland rallied twice in the late going for a road share with league leaders Copenhagen, while Danny Califf and AaB also fought back for a draw.

FC København 3 - 3 FC Nordsjælland

Nordsjælland slipped a spot to seventh despite staging a double rally at tabletop Copenhagen on Sunday evening.

Heath Pearce went 90 minutes for the guests before heading off to Dortmund for Wednesday's US friendly with Germany.

Anders Due put FCN ahead on nine minutes, but twin strikes ahead of the break from Peter Ijeh and Martin Bergvold flipped the scoreline.

Joseph Kamwendo leveled just past the hour, only to see Marcus Allback restore Copenhagen's edge with 15 minutes remaining.

Finally, Tommy Olsen grabbed Nordsjælland a point to take home with his 83rd minute tally.

The SAS Liga mites will turn around to welcome Copenhagen to Farum Park next Sunday.

SønderjyskE 2 - 2 Aalborg BK

An Kenneth From own goal near time completed Aalborg's comeback from two down as Danny Califf worked his second identical league draw.

The American defender went the distance in central defense, and couldn't have been happy when SønderjyskE jumped out to a lead after only 10 minutes thanks to Peter Sand.

Simon A. Pedersen doubled the edge at the half hour mark, but Aalborg stormed back over the final 25 minutes with Caca's goal setting the stage for the last minute equalizer.

AaB will now complete their home-and-home with SønderjyskE next Sunday.

Notes

An injured Yuri Morales missed out as Ølstykke dropped a 3-1 Divison.1 result at Randers.
