RECAP: AS ROMA 1 - 1 INTER
Michael Bradley put in another full shift for AS Roma Sunday night, as they picked up a point versus Inter in front of the home faithful.
After playing the entire 120 minutes of Roma's 1-0 victory over Fiorentina, Bradley returned to the starting lineup just four days later going the distance yet again.
Roma came out flying and were rewarded for their efforts in the 22nd minute. Francesco Totti fed a streaking Bradley into the box, where the American was adjudged to be fouled by Andrea Ranocchia.
Despite replays showing little to no contact, referee Daniele Orsato pointed to the spot and Francesco Totti converted easily.
Inter equalized right before the first-half interval as Colombian midfielder Alejandro Guarin picked out Rodrigo Palacio with a cross and the Argentine finished with authority from close range.
Despite picking up a point, Roma actually dropped a spot in the standings as Milan's victory saw the Rossoneri leapfrog Roma.
Roma has a busy week in store as they host Inter again on Wednesday in the opening leg of the Coppa Italia tie, before taking on Bologna on Sunday.
