PREVIEW: WEEKEND DANISH ACTION
Sebastian Ibeagha and AC Horsens will resume their season following the winter break when they host fellow promotion-hunting First Division team Vejle BK.
AC Horsens - Vejle BK
Vejle will be out for revenge on Sunday when they have a rematch against Sebastian Ibeagha and AC Horsens.
Horsens humiliated their opponents Vejle in last weekend's prelude to the second half of the season, knocking in five goals in a Danish Cup quarterfinal match.
The lopsided scoreline might indicate a massive gulf in quality between the two sides, however only six points separate these two teams attempting to make the jump into the top flight.
Horsens are currently second in the league on 35 points, while Vejle are in fourth, a mere six points behind.
Winter signing Ibeagha made his competitive debut for his new team in the shut-out win, and will likely be in the center of Horsens defense once again for this first taste of league action.
Apart from last weekend's cup game, neither team has seen any competitive action in the last four months, although if the recent result is any indication, Horsens have done well to shake off the rust and could will look to solidify their hold on the second of the division's two promotion spots.
Horsens will be missing injured players Morten Rasmussen, Henrik Toft and Troels Kløve, while Vejle are not reporting any absences.
Babajide Ogunbiyi will likely start on Viborg's bench on Friday when they visit Vestsjaelland in a crucial relegation six-pointer.
Conor O'Brien will hope to be in uniform for Odense on Sunday when they visit fourth-place Brøndby.
