Etchu Tabe will be playing first division soccer once again in 2011. The Cameroonian-American defender signed a contract extension with Finnish club RoPS, who recently earned promotion to the Veikkausliiga after taking home the second division title.

A brief weekend trial was all it took for RoPS to ink the defender Etchu Tabe who continues his northward odyssey, moving from western Sweden to Santa Claus' hometown Rovaniemi in northern Finland.
