Bryan Gerzicich and Kiryat Shmona are now set to return to the playoffs after a convincing win over Bnei Yehuda.

Kiryat Shmona 2 - 0 Bnei Yehuda

Bryan Gerzicich and Ironi Kiryat Schmona got the win they were looking for on Saturday over Bnei Yehuda.

Dan Einbender returned at the perfect time for Kiryat Shmona's struggling offense and the defender bagged two in his return from injury. He scored his first goal in the 21st minute when he was left all alone at the penalty spot and hit a bullet just under the bar.

In the 53rd minute, Darko Tasevski was dragged down in the box by his jersey and Einbender chipped the ball past Bamidele Aiyenugba for a 2-0 lead.

The Blue Lions were able to shut down Yehuda the rest of the way to ensure a return to the Israeli playoffs, despite their up and down play this season.

Next week, the returning champions take on Ironi Ramat Gan in their second to last league match of the season.

Notes

Leonard Krupnik did not play as Maccabi Netanya tied Bnei Sakhnin 0-0.

Ryan Adeleye started as Hapoel Ashkelon lost to Hapoel Ra'anana 1-0.
