American midfielder Alejandro Bedoya will be staying in Helsingborg as the two parties have agreed on another six month deal.
Bedoya joined Helsingborg last summer on a six-month deal after leaving Rangers due to their financial collapse. The former BC Eagle will now take his stint with the club to a year.
"Alejandro Bedoya signed a six month deal with Helsingborg," club press officer Frederik Ericsson told YA.
Helsingborg won the Swedish Allsvenskan in 2011, but finished in a disappointing sixth place in 2012. As a result, Åge Hareide was replaced as manager with Roar Hansen.
Helsingborg will open their Allsvenskan season on March 31 with a home game against Djurgarden and Cobi Span.
