PREVIEW: BOLOGNA - AS ROMA
RECAPS
EXTRA TIME
SCOTT PETERSON - Saturday, January 26, 2013
Michael Bradley and Roma return to Serie A action on Sunday afternoon as the Giallorossi hit the road to take on Bologna.

Bradley and Roma will hope their impressive mid-week cup performance versus Inter translates into domestic success as the Romans are in dire need of a victory to keep pace in the race for Europe.

Winless in their last three Serie A encounters, the Giallorossi received some bad news as striker Mattia Destro suffered tear to the lateral meniscus in his left knee; the timetable for his recovery is as yet unknown.

Although a regular in the starting lineup of late, Roma should be able to cope without his services as both Erik Lamela and Paolo Osvaldo have reached double-figure goal tallies.

The hosts are led by former Squadra Azzurri striker Alberto Gilardino, who has hit a team-high eight goals in 20 appearances.

Bologna enters the match in 13th place with 21 points, while Roma currently sit seventh with 33 points, one back of AC Milan.

Kickoff is set for Sunday at 12:30 local time in the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara.
