JOHN KRETLOW - Friday, January 13, 2012
The FA Cup fourth round draw was announced, and will feature a mouthwatering match-up between Tim Howard, Landon Donovan, and Everton against Clint Dempsey and Fulham.

Tim Howard and Landon Donovan helped Everton beat Tamworth in the third round, with both Americans starting and going the distance.

Fulham got passed Charlton Athletic rather easily in the last round, with Dempsey posting a hat-trick that many American fans will not soon forget.

Other matchups include Zak Whitbread and Norwich City taking on West Bromwich Albion. Whitbread started and went the full ninety minutes in the Canaries win over Burnley. The center back is a regular in City's starting lineup and should feature in the fourth round.

Tottenham will be facing Watford and hoping that their sizzling league play will translate into a deep run in the FA Cup. Friedel has been getting a rest in the Spurs' non-Premier League games, but could feature against Watford.

Americans playing in lower league sides in England will also continue their journey in the FA Cup.

Conor Doyle could get some playing time as Derby County takes on Premier League side Stoke City.

Jonathan Spector and Birmingham City have to play Sheffield United in a playback in the third round. If they succeed they will take on Wolverhampton.

The same goes for Robbie Finley and Nottingham Forest. They still need to get by Leicester City if they want to book their meeting against Swindon Town.

Games will be played on January 28th, 29th, and 30th.

When will Zak get a call up by Klingsmann. No one here every talks about him and he is a fixture, when healthy on the back line on a team that is currently in the top half of the EPL.
