Matt Pyzdrowski and Ängelholms FF beat Syrianska FC in the first leg of a playoff series to see who plays in next year's Allsvenskan.

Pyzdrowski started and went the distance in Ängelholms' big win.

Syrianksa opened the scoring in the 50th minute when Peter Ijeh notched home, but just two minutes later Ängelholm's Sebastian Andersson leveled.

In the 78th minute, Johan Blomberg scored off of an impressive free-kick to give Ängelholms the all important lead in the two-leg playoff.

Blomberg and received a yellow card for Ängelholms while Imad Zatar and Dinko Felic were booked for Syrianksa.

The second leg of the playoff is on Sunday.
