US Soccer today announced that the United States national team will host CONCACAF rival Honduras in Miami on Saturday, October 8th in Miami at Sun Life Stadium.

The game will come during the October international window and US head coach Jurgen Klinsmann should be expected to field a team consisting of most of its top players.

The USMNT has had strong record against Honduras with an 11-3-3 all-time record.

The US is expected to try to add another game during the international window in October and numerous reports suggest that Ecuador will be the opponent on October 11.

Following the October friendlies, the US is expected to add two more friendlies during the November international window most likely in Europe.
