American goalkeeper Matt Glaeser has come out and clarified his situation with Jorge Wilstermann saying he will not be joining the Bolivian club.

The Cochabamba-based club had previously reported that Glaeser was added to the squad to prepare for their 2011 Copa Libertadores run.

However Glaeser says that an agreement was actually never reached between the Bolivians and his current club, Miami FC of the United Soccer League.

"I have been in negotiations with both Club Jorge Wilstermann and my current club Miami FC/Ft. Lauderdale Strikers for the past few weeks," Glaeser told YA. "Unfortunately an agreement for a loan could ultimately not be reached which is disappointing on my end. Hopefully I will have the chance again someday."

Glaeser, a native of Fredricksburg, Virginia and standout at the University of Hartford, played with Pallo-Iirot in the Finnish Kakkonen prior to joining Miami in 2010.
