Josh Gatt is on his way north as the young American striker has agreed to terms with Norwegian club Molde.

Gatt had spent the previous six months at Austrian club SCR Altach where he was a key member of the team's strong play in the fall months.

The US Under-20 man tallied four goals for Altach who play in Austria's second division.

The new contract with Molde will keep the Gatt at the Eliteserien club through the 2013 season.

"It is a three-year deal," said Molde Administrative Director Tarje Nordstrand Jacobsen. "Josh is here and now with the team"

Molde are coming off a disappointing 2010 campaign that saw them finish in the middle of the standings after a second place finish in 2009.

Gatt will hope to make his debut on March 20th when they visit Colin Burns' Sarpsborg.

He'll be playing for for a good young manager in Ole Gunnar Solsjer. Molde also sign a young kid from Manchester Magnus Ekrim, So Gatt should get some decent service.

he will be joined there by former michigan wolves teammate, left back sean cunningham. with the addition of sean i foresee a very deep and strong group of left backs in the future: m hernandez, polak, walsh and garza.
also, GREAT for Josh
