MICHAEL ADUBATO - Friday, December 10, 2010
Top of the league Anderlecht get to play at home this weekend as they welcome fourth place Lokeren to Stade Constant Vanden Stock on Sunday evening.

With the return of Polish international Marcin Wasilewski to the line up last week, Les Mauves fans are hoping for others to get back onto the field as well. Moroccan front man Mbark Boussoufa is ready to do just that after his injury period. Jan Polak, who suffered a foot injury, will hopefully make the game day roster as well. Unfortuntaely the same cannot be said for Kanu, who is still in the treatment table, as well as Jonathan Legear. Olivier Deschacht and Cheikhou Kouyate are in the same situation. American Sacha Kljestan remains in the fold however for the Belgian champions and is expected to start in Brussels.

Sporting Lokeren has not yet released their injury list, however it is doubtful that coach Peter Maes will have a full roster to choose from.

Leading the league by four points, even a loss to the aggressive Flemish side wouldn't drop Les Mauves from the top spot however, the three points is Coach Ariel Jacobs goal, which will give the team confidence for their midweek must-win Europa Clup clash against Hejduk Split.
