WIGAN ATHLETIC SIGN ROBINSON
RECAPS
EXTRA TIME
KENYA BROWN - Tuesday, July 16, 2019
Antonee Robinson has returned to Wigan Athletic on a permanent deal as it was announced on Monday that the left back has signed from English Premier League team Everton.

The 21-year-old spent last season on loan with the English Championship team found himself playing a considerable amount of time before going down with for a few months with an ankle injury. In total, he would go to play in 26 games for the Latics as he contributed to the team staving off relegation.

Prior to playing with Wigan last season, Robinson spent a loan period with Bolton Wanderers, playing in 30 games as he helped them also avoid relegation.

With the permanent move to the DW Stadium, Robinson will now meet up with the team as they continue with their preseason preparations with a game against Bradford City on Saturday.
