It was a special weekend for midfielder Keaton Parks as he made his first team debut for Benfica in their win over Vitoria Setubal in the Taca de Portugal.

Portugal

Benfica advanced to the fifth round of the Taca de Portugal following a 2-0 win over Vitoria Setubal on Saturday at the Stadium of Light in Lisbon.

Parks, who made the move to the capital team during the offseason from second division team Varzim, got his first minutes for the team as he came off the bench in the 69th minute.

Franco Cervi broke the scoreless deadlock for the Eagles in the 25th minute when a corner kick from Rafa Silva ran through a crowd of players before rolling into the path of the Argentine, whose long-range effort sailed past Vitoria goalkeeper Cristiano.

The second half saw chances from both teams, but Benfica found their insurance goal in the 80th minute through Filip Krovinovic. Parks passed the ball over to Cervi whose initial cross was blocked by a Vitoria defender. However, he got the ball back to make another cross to the Croatian midfielder to one-time his shot into the back of the net.

Benfica will find out their fifth round opponent at a later date.

Spain

Goals late in the second half secured the three points for Levante in their 2-0 win over Las Palmas at Estadio de Gran Canaria.

Shaquell Moore started the game at right back for the team in the win.

The first half ended scoreless with both teams failing to do well to put away their chances at goal. However, the second half would be a different story.
