USMNT TO FACE BELGIUM IN SAO PAOLO

Just four days before its first World Cup game against Ghana, the United States national team will face Belgium in a closed door scrimmage on June 12 in Sao Paolo.

The confirmation of the game came from the FIFA website by way of the Belgian Federation.

The last time the two teams met was May 29, 2013 in Cleveland where Belgium cruised to a comfortable 4-2 win.

The match will be the fourth and final preparation friendly for the U.S. team. On May 27 it will host Azerbaijan in San Francisco and then Turkey in New Jersey on June 1st. The send-off game will come on June 7th in Jacksonville against Nigeria.
