BRIAN SCIARETTA - Tuesday, January 28, 2014
United States U-18 head coach Javier Perez today announced his 18-player roster for the upcoming Copa del Atlantico in Las Palmas, Spain.

The tournament will run from January 30 - February 8. The U.S team will open their schedule against Spain on February 4, and then take on Argentina the following day on February 5. Two days later it will conclude with a game against Canary Islands on February 7.

The U.S team will be led by Erik Palmer-Brown, Emerson Hyndman, and Rubio Rubin. Palmer-Brown is currently signed to Sporting Kansas City but has attracted the interest of clubs such as Juventus. Hyndman is with Fulham and recently made his debut for the London club's U-21 team. Rubin is expected to sign with Utrecht in March once he turns 18.

Of the 18 players on the roster, 14 featured at the Limoges tournament last October, where the U.S team finished second to host France and was unbeaten with a 2-0-1 record
