Alejandro Bedoya and FC Nantes will head on the road this Sunday to take on Montpellier HSC on Sunday.

In his most recent appearance for Nantes this past Tuesday, Bedoya scored a goal for the club to help them defeat FC Lorient and advance to the round of 16 in the French League Cup.

Hopefully, Bedoya will get a chance to build on that good form at Montpellier this weekend.

Last weekend's Ligue 1 match was a disappointment for Bedoya and Nantes, as Bedoya did not appear in the match while Nantes lost to Lille OSC, ending a four-game winning streak for the club.

Despite that loss, Nantes is still in the top five in Ligue 1 standings. Bedoya, meanwhile, has been a regular in the rotation for Nantes since transferring to the club this past summer.

They now travel to a Montpellier club that has lost its past two Ligue 1 matches, plus a French League Cup match on Wednesday, and currently sits in the bottom half of the Ligue 1 table.

Bedoya has one yellow card already in Ligue 1 play, as he is one of nine Nantes players with a yellow card, a group which includes the club's leading scorer so far Filip Djordjevic.
