JACOB CHAMBLISS - Friday, September 20, 2013
Tony Taylor and Omonia Nicosia take on sixth place Appolon Limasol on Monday in the third week of the Cyprus League Championship.

Omonia are coming off of a hefty 4-0 win over Eon Neosis Paralimi, in which Taylor came on for 12 minutes and provided an assist. Taylor has appeared in both games for Omonia this season as a substitute, and has assisted in both games despite only playing 12 minutes in each. During Omonia's first game, a 3-1 loss, Taylor created his team's only goal in the dying moments. With these performances, more playing time seems likely.

Omonia currently sit in eighth league in the Cyprus Football Championship, two places under Appolon. They hold a 1-0-1 record.

The game is scheduled for kickoff at 11 a.m EST.

I hate to be the harbinger of bad news, ladies and gentlemen, but Michael Orozco will start for the US men's national team in Jacksonville.
