Charles Kazlauskas and Helmond Sport hope to continue their ascent to the top of Eerste Divisie standings this weekend against Fortuna Sittard.

Fortuna Sittard - Helmond Sport

Charles Kazlauskas and Helmond Sport look to extend their winning streak to three games this weekend when they face Fortuna Sittard.

After managing only two points in their first four games, Helmond have rattled off consecutive wins against FC Emmen and Achilles '29. Kazlauskas is a jack of all trades once again for Helmond, having lined up at right back, defensive midfielder and central defender over the course of just six games this season. In addition to his versatility, Kazlauskas' endurance has also been an asset for coach Eric Meijers. The 30 year-old has played the full 90 minutes in each game for his time

Seventh place Helmond and eleventh place Fortuna are seperated by only one point, and a win for either team could see them enter the top five in the Eerste Divisie's standings.

Helmond are not reporting any absences for the match, while Fortuna will be without defender Jonathan Hendrickx due to a red card suspension.
