Carlos Bocangera is on the move this weekend after mutually terminating his contract with Glagow Rangers.

Bocanegra, 34, was most recently with Racing Santander on loan from Rangers but the ended up being relegated from the Spanish Segunda. The year before, Rangers were relegated to the fourth tier in Scotland after a financial scandal.

Today the news became official on Rangers website that their contract with Bocanegra was terminated mutually but Klinsmann discussed the matter with the media on his decision to not name Bocanegra to the Gold Cup team.

'With Carlos, I had a long talk, he basically is in the middle of another move, he's in the middle of another change," Klinsmann said. "He's going to leave Racing Santander and he is in the middle of making up his mind of where he wants to go, where he wants to continue his career."

"We simply agreed to leave him out of the roster in order for him to have all options open, to join a new team, right away from the start in preseason and not come in kind of late into this new opportunity."

It is already being mentioned that MLS could be a destination for Bocanegra where Toronto have the top spot in the league's allocation draft.
