After much speculation as to when Jozy Alitdore would be released by AZ Alkmaar for the upcoming USMNT camp, a date has finally been set.

Sources tell YA that Altidore, 23, will report to camp with the US team on May 26. That is three days before the team's friendly against Belgium on May 29.

Prior to his arrival in US camp, Altidore will continue to train with Alkmaar and remain fit ahead of the international duty.

Altidore recently completed a record breaking season an American in Europe when he scored 31 goals across all competitions for AZ Alkmaar. Perhaps his most important performances came in the Dutch Cup where he scored eight goals in six games including the winner in the final where AZ upset PSV 2-1.

First off, I must admit, this is as much a plausible wish-list as it is an attempt to decipher Klinsmann's plan.
