Maurice Edu and Bursaspor travel to take on last place Mersin İdmanyurdu on Saturday in Turkish Süper Lig action.

Edu returned to the starting lineup last week in an impressive 3-0 win over Beşiktaş. Another win for the fifth place Crocodiles could see them jump Kasımpaşa and tie Beşiktaş for third place in the Turkish league.

Mersin İdmanyurdu, on the other hand, has not won a match since a 3-0 win over Sivasspor on January 27 and are eight points behind their next closest competition.

Bursaspor will look to dominate possession behind a talented attacking midfield featuring Argentine's Pablo Batalla and Fernando Belluschi. Batalla leads the team with 13 goals on the season, including one last week. Chilean forward Sebastian Pinto marked his return last week with a goal, his seventh of the season and will look to add to that total against a porous Mersin back four.

Mersin are lead by Brazilian striker Mert Nobre, who incredibly has 13 of their 29 goals this season and Argentine midfielder Emmanuel Culio, who has five goals. Bursaspor's defense has had an up and down season but was solid last week while recording a shutout versus Beşiktaş on Monday.

Edu is hopeful to play on Saturday after working with Bursaspor training staff during Wednesday's training with an unspecified injury.
