The US national team has lined up a high profile friendly this spring as it will host Belgium on May 29 at First Energy Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio.
The US has played Belgium four times in its history, but all games have taken place abroad. The Belgians have won all but one time in July 13, 1930 when the Americans cruised to a 3-0 win at the World Cup in Uruguay.
The most recent game between the two teams was on September 6, 2011 in Brussels. That game was Jurgen Klinsmann's third game as head coach of the US team and it ended with a 1-0 victory in favor of the hosts.
Among the big-profile names that could feature for the guests are Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany, Arsenal skipper Thomas Vermaelen, Clint Dempsey's midfield partner at Tottenham Moussa Dembele and Chelsea striker Eden Hazard.
The game will be the first in a busy summer for the US team as it will play in both World Cup qualifiers and in the 2013 Gold Cup.
