JAMIE HILL - Monday, January 17, 2011
Two Americans will carry on into the final 32 of the Coupe de France after Carlos Bocanegra and Saint-Étienne fell at the previous hurdle.

Coming off a huge upset over Marseille that likely qualifies as the biggest win in club history, Évian Thonon Gaillard have been handed a more mundane draw in the form of a trip to RC Strasbourg.

The Alsatian club has a proud history, but is currently mired in the third tier Championnat National, meaning Évian should be considered the favorite.

Quentin Westberg remains Évian's backup goalkeeper, but is likely to start the match after his cup heroics against Marseille.

Sochaux will also face third division opposition in the form of Paris FC.

Charlie Davies will optimistically hope for his first playing time since his recovery.

The Round of 32 is scheduled to be played from January 21-23
