Antonijevic would start his professional career in Major League Soccer as he was selected by Sporting Kansas City in the 2012 Supplemental Draft. However, he would not sign with the team as he decided to try his luck in Europe, going for tryouts in Serbia and Croatia.
In March 2013, Antonijevic would sign a contract with the Fort Lauderdale Strikers and play two seasons with the team before heading over to their rivals the Tampa Bay Rowdies.
After some time playing in the States, Antonijevic headed back across to Europe to sign a deal with Norwegian team Lillestrom. During his time with the top flight team, he would spend it in and out of the lineup, as well as coming off the bench.
In January 2019, the towering center-back signed a two-year contract with Sogndal in Norway's second division.
Born in Illinois, Antonijevic posses both a US and Serbian passport.
At youth level, he played for Serbia's U-19 team.
He has not represented the United States at any level.
