Club Career

Sirigu would start his youth career at SSV Ulm before going on to play for the first team for three seasons. He would then move to Freiburg, but play primarily for the reserve team during his lone season with the team.

In 2010, Sirigu would move to Heidenheim, where he stayed for three seasons.

He would then move to Darmstadt prior to the start of the 2013-2014 season. In the 2014-2015 season, he helped the team achieve promotion to the Bundesliga as they finished second in the standings.

International Career

The son of a German-Italian father and an American mother, Sirigu is qualified to play for the German, Italian and US national teams.

He has not received a call to the US national team at any level.

The young soccer careers of Rubio Rubin and Brady Scott are headed in completely opposite directions.
