Club Career

Arriola spent his youth career with Arsenal FC (Temecula, CA), Bradenton residency, and the Los Angeles Galaxy academy. As a highly-regarded young player, he quickly garnered interest from professional clubs. Instead of signing a Homegrown Player contract with Los Angeles, he opted to sign with Club Tijuana. Just across the border from his hometown Chula Vista, Tijuana is the closest thing to a home team for a player from San Diego.

Despite talk of beginning the year with the U-20s, Arriola wasted no time in making his professional debut, dishing an assist in Tijuana's season opener in July 2013.

International Career

Arriola played at the 2011 U-17 World Cup and is a contender for the 2015 U-20 World Cup team.

United States U20 and former UCSB keeper Justin vom Steeg has moved across the Atlantic to join 2nd Bundesliga club Fortuna Düsseldorf.
