Club Career
Jeffrey rose through the ranks of the United States Youth Soccer system prior to making in professional debut. In 2008 at the age of 18, Jeffrey signed a contract with Club Brugge in Belgium's Eerste Divisie.

The native of Dallas, Texas earned his first call-up to Brugge's first team on January 30, 2009 against FC Tubize however Jeffrey has primarily played with Brugge's reserve side during the 2008-2009 campaign.

International Career
Jeffrey has played for both the United States Under-17 and Under-20 teams competing in a total of six games.
